Where Origin Becomes Durable Capacity and Custody

From Base Zero through Banchina, Dogana, Registro, and Basecell, Worldbanque preserves the line between what entered, what was carried, what was repaired, and what may circulate.

Value may move. Origin remains attached.

Worldbanque begins at the various Banchina, where matter, Works, instruments, and claims first enter observable Federation custody. Nothing arrives anonymously, and no value is presumed before origin has been established.

Value cannot be separated from custody.

Every Work, material, instrument, or claim entering through the Banchina must retain an intelligible chain of custody from Base Zero through classification, recordation, repair, allocation, and circulation.

Custody does not imply ownership. It identifies the responsible holder of continuity at each state transition. A custodian may receive, protect, measure, classify, repair, record, or convey—but may not silently alter origin, lineage, or condition.

At Base Zero, the incoming state is fixed without embellishment. The Banchina receives and orients it. Dogana determines its identity, class, and admissibility. Registro preserves its custody, lineage, and transformations. When damage, error, or incompleteness prevents continued passage, Basecell receives the matter for reparation and refinement.

Worldbanque operates beside these chambers. It does not invent value or sever value from origin. It recognizes, holds, and allocates capacity only after provenance, measure, custody, and admissibility have become legible.

Here, origin becomes accountable value; accountable value becomes durable capacity; and capacity may enter circulation without losing the path by which it was formed.

Nothing is credited without origin.
Nothing is circulated without record.
Nothing is repaired by concealing its prior state.
